I’ve just started learning web development, and it’s thrilling. Every day feels like uncovering a new puzzle, and I can’t get enough of it.
Right now, my focus is on the basics — HTML, CSS, and some simple JavaScript. I’m building small projects, experimenting, and learning by doing. There are mistakes, moments of confusion, and things that don’t work — but that’s exactly what makes it exciting.
It’s amazing to see something I’ve built on a blank page come to life. Even small wins feel huge. I’m starting to understand how structure, style, and interactivity come together, and it feels like a superpower in the making.
Current Projects
My first projects are simple but fun. I built a small club website to practice layout and responsive design. Another project is a JavaScript message generator — it’s just a few lines of code, but seeing it work is incredibly satisfying.
Each project is teaching me something new: problem-solving, debugging, and thinking logically about how things interact. I’m learning to break problems into smaller steps and tackle them one at a time.
These early projects might be small, but they’re building a foundation that I know will allow me to take on bigger challenges later.
Excited for What’s Next
Every day I learn something new, and every challenge feels like an opportunity. I’m diving into JavaScript more deeply, exploring React, and experimenting with Node.js.
I love that coding is both creative and logical. I can experiment, try different approaches, and see immediate results. It’s motivating and energising, and I can already feel myself improving.
For now, I’m taking it one project at a time, enjoying the process, and documenting my progress along the way. I’m curious to see where this path takes me, and I’m excited to share the journey with anyone following along.
